The original idea came from the Normington family after visiting Kenya, and a list of
the additional founders are displayed on the right hand column on this page. Any of these loyal volunteers would be more
than happy to collect donations from you. Alternatively you can now donate using the "donations" page which can be accessed
via the relevent link on the navigation bar. To the right there is also a list of those who are actively involved
with BASIK. If anyone else is interested in helping us out please e-mail us if you can help
us in any further way (the address is on the "what you think" page.) Or simply ask anyone already involved with BASIK
about how to get more involved. We are grateful of your help and support. Thank you.

Now BASIK is registered there is a wealth of opportunties for raising money. With our registration
there are many events we can run and organise, and for all this, we of course need your help. We will keep you updated through
the News page and Events page of any new advancements and will inform you of updates and upcoming events. .
