 What BASIK aims to achieve:
Our aim in setting up this charity is to raise money and awareness about children in
Africa who are in need of an education and in somes cases a family too.
With the money we hope to raise we aim to build a school in Kenya, but
we can only do it with your support and commitment. The school would provide education
to all primary aged children in its surrounding area. We also hope to eventually fund a lunchtime meal for all students.
We are currently establishing a link with the 'Gardens for Life' project at the 'Eden Project', Cornwall,
to create a garden for the children to provide fruit and vegetables and educational opportunities for science topics.
All you need to do is support us in any way you can, so together we can give so many children
a chance.
